An important message to our customers & donors:

We're here for you and your home improvement needs. We're taking every precaution we can to ensure the safety of our customers, donors, volunteers and staff. 
 
As a precaution to the ongoing COVID-19 (Corona Virus outbreak), we're putting into effect the following changes:
  1. We are no longer scheduling donation pick ups or deliveries at this time.
  2. The donation center will continue to accept donations.  However, we will exercise extra caution as to the items we will be able to accept to ensure that our volunteers and staff remain safe. We reserve the right to refuse your donation.

These temporary policies are effective as of 3/21/2020. We appreciate your patience as we work to keep our volunteers, staff, customers and donors safe. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us at (830) 625-7005. Thank you for understanding!

What are your hours?

Due to recent events, our hours will be temporarily changing beginning March 24th. Our new hours will be Tuesday - Saturday, 11 AM - 6 PM. Closed Sundays & Mondays.

How do I get there?

On IH 35 take exit 189, the Highway 46 exit. Head west on Highway 46, 1.5 miles. You will go over a railroad overpass. The second street on the right is Industrial Drive. It is between New Braunfels Bible Church and Hoffman floors. We are 1 mile down Industrial Drive, on the left. We are across from the power substation.

What form of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Visa.

If I buy something that is too big can I leave it there for a few days?

Yes, we will store it here for up to 7 days.

Will you deliver items for me if I can’t get them myself?

The store manager makes those decisions on an individual basis.

Can I return an item if I don’t use it?

No, all sales are final here at our store. You can re-donate the item to us if you wish to.

Can I put an item on hold?

No, you can give us a credit card number over the phone if you wish to purchase an item.

Can I use my Tax Exempt certificate in your store?

Yes you may, as long as it is current with the State of Texas.
