We accept donations dropped off at our store at the following times:
Monday through Saturday - 11:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Sunday - 12p.m. - 5:00 p.m.
We will provide a receipt for your donated items.
If you are unable to transport a large donation, we offer a pick-up service in the Comal County area! To see if your donation qualifies for this serice, check our list of donations we are unable to accept. Our pick-up service is free of charge. We schedule our pick-ups as the requests arrive and on a first-come-first-serve basis. A ReStore staff member or volunteer will call to schedule a specific date for pick-up.
Please note: we reserve the right to refuse any items that do not meet our current donation guidelines. All items must be on the ground floor for pick up. We cannot carry items up from basements or down from multiple floors. If you have any questions about making a donation please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call (830) 387-1232.
There are a handful of items that ReStore can NOT accept as a donation:
Opened/Unsealed/Unpacked Carpets or Rugs,
Opened/Unsealed/Unpacked Silk Curtains.
