Building Materials

Comal County Habitat for Humanity operates a RESTORE on a part time basis.  Habitat RESTORE(s) have become a national model for the practice of recycling new and used building materials in an affordable outlet available to the general public.  Our RESTORE accepts drop-offs and arranges pick-ups of acceptable, reusable materials.  Sales of the materials are utilized to fund Habitat homebuilding projects and to underwrite operating costs of the Comal Habitat programs.

If you would like to drop off your building materials, you may  do so at our RESTORE warehouse.  The RESTORE is generally open to take your donations from 10am-5:30 pm Monday through Friday and Saturday 8:30 am to 5:30pm.  Since our operation is still in development please call (830) 625-7005 to confirm drop off or pick-up arrangements.
