Comal County Habitat for Humanity is experiencing a "Land Crisis".   Approved Habitat families have completed 200 or more hours of sweat-equity and yet we have not been able to locate land on which to build their homes.  If you can help, we'd like to talk to you!

Comal Habitat purchases land at fair appraisal value.  We do not purchase property in the floodplain and we do not mediate heirship issues.  We are currently seeking in-fill lots and large tracts of land to create our next sub-division.  If you know of such property or would like to speak to us about the sale of your property, please select the e-mail contact button below and tell us how to best reach you.  Thank you for making Affordable Housing a priority for New Braunfels and all of Comal County
